Tai Tokerau Trades Training focuses on creating pathways into and within industry across Tai Tokerau.

We have relationships with employers across Tai Tokerau covering all key industry vocations. We work alongside these employers to encourage and support work experience and employment opportunities for our people, from youth to adults.

We focus on satisfying industry demand, primarily aiming at employment outcomes. Outcomes include securing on-the-job training, or work experience for youth and adults. We support employers throughout this process.

With our schools' Education to Employment programme, we promote industries to schools to link youth with sustainable career options.

With our Whakaahu Whakamua programme we provide employability programmes for adults into the workforce.
