Elevate Training – Aotearoa. A branch of Tai Tokerau Trades Training Ltd

When you use Elevate Training - Aotearoa's services, register for courses, or become a customer, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions, as well as the products, might change while this agreement is in effect. If any changes occur, we will inform you in writing.

Terminology under these Terms and Conditions :

  • Service' or 'Services' refers to any service provided by Elevate Training - Aotearoa, such as training courses.
  • 'We', 'Us', and 'Our' refer to Elevate Training - Aotearoa.
  • 'You' and 'Your' refer to you as a customer.
  • 'Website' means the Tai Tokerau Trades Training Ltd /Elevate Training- Aotearoa website at the specified URL.
  • 'Product' includes any product or service offered by Elevate Training - Aotearoa.
  • 'Customer' or 'Customers' includes any person purchasing or registering for a service from Elevate Training - Aotearoa.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We have the right to update these terms and conditions. If we make any changes, we will update the date and revision number of this document.

Pre-payments to Confirm Bookings:

Your booking is confirmed once you have paid the workshop fee. Organisations can arrange to pay via invoice if more than two students are attending the same workshop or for future Elevate Training – Aotearoa workshops. Contact us via email to discuss. All payments to be confirmed by emailing elevate@4ts.nz.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

To cancel or reschedule training courses or booked services, email elevate@4ts.nz. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

  • No fee if you notify us at least 5 working days before the scheduled training.
  • 50% fee if you notify us 3-4 working days before the scheduled training.
  • 100% fee if you notify us 2 working days or less before the scheduled training.

Course/Training Schedule:

Course availability and dates may change without notice. We may cancel or change the dates of 'open' courses due to low student numbers. We may also suspend training if it poses a safety risk under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 or if a student is unfit due to health reasons or behavior.


Course duration may vary slightly based on the number of students and their knowledge/experience level.

Late Student Arrival:

Students can only join the course within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time at the trainer's discretion. If more than 30 minutes late, students may not attend, and additional costs will apply if they wish to reschedule.

Emergency Contact:

We may use the contact number provided by the student in case of emergency during the course.

Company Specific Courses:

If training is at your premises, you must provide all necessary facilities as specified. Facilities for specific courses will be outlined in the confirmation email.

Special Requirements:

Inform us of any special requirements, including health, literacy, or cultural needs or any students.

Payment Terms:

'On Account': Pay in full according to approved terms. 'On Pre-payment': Pay in full at the time of booking. We may charge 5% interest per month on overdue amounts and collect any associated collection fees.

Prices and Additional Fees:

Prices on the website may change unless you have a specific agreement or are already booked for a workshop.

Communication:

You may receive newsletters and promotional emails from us after returning the booking form. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the emails.
